Your Mutawwif will:

• Standard packages: 15-20 pilgrims minimum
• Fixed departure groups: Already confirmed when you book
• Seasonal packages (Ramadan, Syawal): 20 pilgrims minimum
• Private group bookings: 10+ pilgrims (custom arrangements)

• Confirmed departures: Group minimum already met — your trip is guaranteed!
• Open bookings: We'll notify you once minimum is reached (usually 6-8 weeks before departure)
• Full refund: If group minimum not met, we'll offer alternative dates or full refund

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Cancellation charges:

• 60+ days before departure: $500 admin fee (rest refunded)
• 45-59 days before departure: 25% of package price
• 30-44 days before departure: 50% of package price
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of package price
• Less than 15 days: 100% of package price (no refund)

Important notes:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp)
• Date of receipt of cancellation determines the applicable charges
• Airline and hotel cancellation fees apply as per their policies
• Travel insurance (included in our packages) may cover cancellation due to illness, emergency, etc.

• Initial deposit: $1,000 per person to secure your booking
• Second payment (50%): Due 60 days before departure
• Final payment (balance): Due 30 days before departure
